Due to the ongoing nationwide Rogers network outages, most of RVH’s systems and applications are functioning normally, but some are not. We have switched to a back-up service which has provided connectivity within RVH for many infrastructure systems.

Most appointments and procedures are proceeding as scheduled. If your appointment is impacted, you will be contacted by RVH. However, if you are a Rogers user and are awaiting confirmation for a weekend appointment, please call the health centre at 705-728-9802 to confirm (from a non-Rogers phone).

If you have an upcoming appointment, please bring a family member or support person with you to your procedure to avoid communication gaps and facilitate your discharge. They will be able to wait in the Main lobby.

Please be aware there may be some delays due to manual processes.

Due to the circumstances, vendors in the Food Court and Café Royale are only accepting cash payment at this time. We thank you for your patience.
