RVH has once again received a Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) designation from the Registered Nurses’ of Ontario (RNAO). This significant achievement highlights RVH’s commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
RVH was awarded this designation for its infrastructure (Allied Health Profession Practice Leaders) model and multi-level clinical unit champions. These two enablers were key for the sustainability of existing and new best practices across the health centre.
RVH has been designated as a BPSO since 2006. Through our involvement with this program, we have successfully implemented multiple evidence-based practices that directly improve the quality of care and patient safety in our organization.
